The Obscure Dog is restaurant concept developed by Chef William Stagg. This concept is expected to be opened in Knoxville, Tennessee in the near future, and Knoxville residents' mouths will water over Stagg's creativity and infusion of global flavors into all sorts of cuisine. The main focus of creativity and global flavor infusion will be on hot dogs. Chef Will also plans to offer other exciting menu items as well.
The two main inspirations behind the logo and brand concept were his dog, Ben, and a prohibition-era aesthetic.
